The KL Lions Foundation
The KL Lions Foundation (KLLF) was incorporated on 6th September, 2002, currently it only involve in the operation of Kuala Lumpur Lions Renal Centre (KLLRC) at No: 13, Jalan Murai Satu, Batu 3 ¾, Jalan Ipoh, 51200 Kuala Lumpur. The centre currently operates in 2 shifts daily from Monday to Saturday inclusive of all Public holidays. At present we have 12 working and 4 standby Dialysis machines. The Kuala Lumpur Lions Foundation is registered with the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and was accredited with Tax Exemption status by LDHN a swell as licenced and approved by МОН.

Board of Trustees (BoT)
The main duty of BoT is to manage the business of the Foundation and ensuring compliances to the Rules and Regulations of all the authorities involved. BoT then empower the Advisory Board of Directors (BoD) as the working committee to oversee the overall operation of KLLRC and report to the BoT.
Advisory Board of Directors (BoD)
The main duty of the BoD is to formalise policies, ensure good practices of transparency and accountability, long range planning and development of the Foundation. To seek and receive donations and to review and approve the requisitions of the Board of Management (BoM). To assist BOT in the submission of the final accounts.
Board of Management (BoM)
The main duty of BoM is to work with the Centre Manager to manage the daily operations of the Centre and enforce all round compliances. Help BoT and BoD as the front implementor of accountability and transparency. Any expenses beyond a certain budget or high value purchases approved by BOM must be forwarded to BoD for approval. BoT is to be notified.

Kuala Lumpur Lions Renal Centre (KLLRC)
The Kuala Lumpur Lions Renal Centre (KLLRC) is a project of the Kuala Lumpur Lions Foundation catering to needy and end-stage renal failure patients residing in Kuala Lumpurans its surrounding areas. KLLRC started operations in October 2002. KLLRC is managed by a group of Lions Clubs in Kuala Lumpur.
